Guest access Guests have access to the entire rental unit and everything in the space. The only exception is extra supplies located in the basement laundry area, which are not available for guest use. Other things to note It is strongly recommended to purchase Airbnb's travel insurance when booking a stay during months where unpredictable weather may cause difficulties in travel which could result in not making it to your reserved location. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide full refunds for missed trips. Want to check in early or checkout late? We have an early check in fee of $25 when check in is requested prior to 2pm.
