Book a room (up to 4 guests) with AC, attached bath, and a porch overlooking the backwaters. Rate per night includes stay for 2 guests, with up to 2 extra guests (at an additional cost) covering all three meals (veg & non-veg) 1-4 guests require 1 room, 5-6 guests require 2 rooms, 7-9 guests require 3 rooms. Or, book the entire property for Rs 30,000/- per night with a maximum of 12 members. Our cozy homestay features three spacious bedrooms with private baths, a common dining area, kitchenette and a wrap-around porch with stunning water views. Enjoy home-cooked meals, and relax in a warm, welcoming space. Sip on fresh coconut water or unwind on the patio as you take in the peaceful surroundings. If you're lucky, you might spot a peacock or two during the early monsoons. The area is also home to exotic birds from the Ranganathittu Bird Sanctuary, adding to the laid-back vibes that make this place perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation. For those interested in local culture and heritage, the property faces the Venugopal Swamy Temple, and is close to attractions like the Brindavan Gardens, Ranganathittu Bird Sanctuary, and the KRS Dam. Guest access 1. Room Reservation: If you’ve reserved a room, you’ll have access to your designated room with an attached toilet, the common dining area, the kitchenette, and the designated patio space in front of your room, common Lakefront access. 2. Entire Property Reservation: If you’ve booked the entire property, you’ll have access to all areas, including the entire villa, dining spaces, kitchen, all outdoor and garden areas, common Lakefront access. During your stay Guest Interaction: 1. At the Property: During your stay, you'll be interacting with our co-host, Jayaram, who is fluent in English, Kannada, Hindi, and understands all South Indian regional languages. Jayaram is warm, friendly, and dedicated to ensuring your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Whether it's fulfilling food requests or making sure your stay is pleasant, he will take care of all your needs. 2. Host: Dhanush, the host and a budding architect based in Bangalore, is also available to assist with any special requests. Other things to note 1. Only the registered guests included in the booking are allowed to stay overnight. Unregistered visitors are not permitted to stay on the property. 2. The use or possession of any narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances, as per The Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, is strictly prohibited. The property owners shall not be held liable for any violations. 3. The property owners are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or mishaps that may occur on the premises during your stay.
