Dog friendly Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees. Guest access Most all of the house and the property is yours to enjoy! I would steer clear of the basement which is filled with the mechanics of the home. Their is no door to the entrance, but you will find a small gate there to discourage pets and children. Other things to note DOGS We love our dogs and love that you can travel with yours while staying in our quality homes. And we trust that our guests are responsible and respectful owners (not had a problem yet!). Here are the property's dog rules to consider before booking: - We are not insured for certain breeds of dogs (full or mixed breed), therefore cannot have them in the home. They are the following breeds: Akita, American Staffordshire, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Wolf Hybrid. - No large dogs or dogs younger than a year are allowed due to the damage risk. - Our backyard is fenced with a hogs wire backing (as of June 6th) to keep your pups and small kids enclosed. Please check that both side gates are closed to secure fencing. Should (and this would be very rare) your dog have a very unfortunate encounter with a skunk please do not bring them into the home. - Please clean off paws on entry into the home. Hose and towels are just to the left of the deck. - Please do not leave Rover on their own, uncrated, in the home if you go out for a long period. You will find a spare crate in the garage. - Should your dog be accustomed to getting on furniture please use the "dog blanket" in the chest of drawers in the main bedroom if your dog sleeps on your bed with you. And also please cover the leather couch with the fabric coverings provided. -When picking up your dog's #2s outside you can use the scoop and bucket that is placed just by the side back door. - There are dog bowls, crates and a dog bed available to your furry family member. - If your dog is enjoying his or her stay - please send us photos! GATHERINGS We love for people to gather and enjoy and the house - it is what it is meant for! We do also love our neighbors, so please keep quiet hours starting at 10 pm, particularly if you are enjoying the deck.
