The space APARTMENT ›BUTTERFLY‹ Our colorful 1-room apartment ›Butterfly‹ is located on the ground floor and can accommodate 2–3 people. - Size: approx. 43 square meters - Bedroom with double bed (1.80 m) - 1 kitchen-living room with sofa bed for 1 child - Modern bathroom with walk-in shower Bedroom and combined kitchen/living room are separated by a sliding door. The bathroom is accessed from the kitchen-living room via the bedroom (bedroom is a walk-through room). SALZ›T‹RÄUME AM SEE [Salt rooms on the lake] Bad Saarow CITY TAXES In the spa town of Bad Saarow, there is an obligation to pay a spa tax. The visitor's tax is levied by the municipality and must be paid to the landlord of a vacation home. With the issued spa card you get discounts, among other things, in the SaarowTherme as well as free bus transfer in the Oder-Spree district. Please read about possible discounts in the spa fee statute (available online). FACILITIES In addition to the full equipment with kitchenware, pots and pans, the built-in kitchen has: stove (ceramic hob with 4 hotplates), oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, a dining table with 4 chairs. The basic equipment includes a linen package (1x bed linen per person & 1x shower and hand towel, bath mat, dish towel). Furthermore, all items of daily use: soap, hair dryer, dishwashing liquid, tabs, rags, baking paper, salt, etc.) All apartments are equipped with valuable untreated natural table salt from our salt shop. THE SPECIAL FEATURE The certain extra of our vacation home SALT›T'SPACES ON the LAKE is the interior design with the new trend material Himalayan salt in the four apartments ›Butterfly‹, ›Squirrel‹, and ›Fuchs. The original salt creates a mineral salt-containing air in the rooms, similar to how to be found at sea or salt tunnels. The orange-red Himalayan salt thus not only gives the room a special atmosphere – natural salt is also appreciated for its health-promoting effect. Because we all know the revitalizing effect of the salty sea air. TERRACE, GARDEN & RENTAL Our guests from all four apartments have access to an extensive lawn and a terrace with two seating groups (one under a gazebo) for shared use. There is also 1 grill available. PARKING For all 4 residential units, there are a total of 6 free parking spaces available in front of the house. The apartment is assigned the parking space under No.: 1. There is also a free public parking lot about 200 meters away. Wifi Free Wi-Fi is available. It is a broadband Internet access. The name of the network and the password will be provided on site. LOCATION The spa town of Bad Saarow impresses with its breathtaking nature and proximity to the metropolis of Berlin. Our 4 apartments are literally between the forest and the lake – practically behind the garden fence, the forest trail begins and the swimming area is just 250 m away. A sandy beach can be reached on foot along the lake in about 7 minutes. Bad Saarow is easily accessible from Berlin by regional train (about 1 hour drive, hourly departure) and via the highway (about 45 minutes drive). A bus stop is located near the property. It is served by a bus line from the train station in Bad Saarow. Our accommodation is also within walking distance of the train station in about 20 minutes via Seestraße along the Scharmützelsee lake. Right at the train station there are various shops, bakeries, supermarkets and restaurants. The thermal bath 'SaarowTherme' is a 15-minute walk from the property.
