Gîte "Chez Jacqueline" With a pétanque court

Located in the heart of a peaceful village, at the crossroads of Dijon, Beaune and Dole, our recently renovated gîte offers you authentic warmth and modern comfort. You will be immediately seduced by its welcoming atmosphere. You can enjoy moments of conviviality around the wood-burning stove. Families will enjoy the games room, a space dedicated to fun and relaxation. Outside, a large enclosed plot awaits you for outdoor activities. Welcome to Jacqueline's! The space The accommodation consists of a recent equipped kitchen including: Petanque court - central island with induction plate, - oven, - microwave oven, - dishwashing dishwashing - Nespresso coffee machine as well as a coffee maker, - kettle, - Airfryer, - 2 raclette machines - Drums and cooking utensils. A large friendly dining room open to the kitchen including: - wood burning stove, - large oak table that can accommodate 12 people, - high chair for children. An independent closed lounge including: - TV, - various board games, - Sofa bed. ( sheet in trunk) A playroom including: - A sofa bed for one or two, ( sheets in the drawers) - TV - a multi games table (foosball, billiards, puck...), - various games for toddlers and young children. An upstairs bathroom, common to all 3 bedrooms including: - walk-in shower, - changing table, - Stokke infant bath. Separate toilet on the ground floor as well as upstairs. Sleeping arrangements: - 3 beds measuring 140*190 - 1 bed of 160*200 - 1 sofa bed for 2 people (closed living room) - 1 sofa bed for 1 or 2 people (note: the games room does not close for sleeping) - 1 90 x 190 cm bed We will be happy to welcome you in a rural environment that we appreciate for its calm, as well as all its "adjoining" (rooster singing, church, insects, and stray animals or not). Guest access A lockbox is available for your arrival and departure (code provided prior to your arrival). We provide you with the entire house except for the locked cupboards, and the garage. Our property is crossing and well oriented. You will have at your disposal on one side, a fully enclosed plot where you can park your vehicles, and allow your children and pets to play safely (under your responsibility). Other things to note Upon arrival, you will find a binder of useful information with regulations in the hallway. Several posters are also on display. A city stadium and children's play area are 100m from the cottage. We are EV friendly, for any charging of your vehicle, you will be asked for an additional 10 euros.
