College Street Cottage

College Street Cottage is inside my Quilt Shop, Crafts & Quilting, Etc. and next door to Phillips Street Loft. It is a newly renovated, private, peaceful and unique place with a large shower, queen bed and a kitchen bar with coffee pot and microwave. It has all the amenities including linens and toiletries. It’s perfect for a Mother/daughter get away, anniversary celebration or a trip to visit Tyler during the Azalea Trails or Rose Festival. The space My guest quarters are inside my quilt shop. And my Phillips loft is next door. Your parking is on the right side. Guest access Guest will enter through the blue gate (reach inside and push the latch down) and the lock box is inside the screen door. Pull the top tab down and enter the code. The code will be sent before the 3:00 pm check in time. You are in! You have access to all rooms except locked doors which are the quilt shop. Enjoy.
