The home also includes solar power, a Tesla battery, and a 400-gallon water reserve. Guest access Guests receive a full set of keys for easy access. This includes a master key for all community pedestrian gates—please note, if lost, a $50 replacement fee applies. Enjoy the shared tropical garden with hammocks and cozy seating areas, perfect for relaxing. Laundry facilities are available for guest use in the afternoons once housekeeping has finished. Here’s everything you need to know to feel at home. 🏡 Address & Access The apartment is located in a gated community in Ocean Park, a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and local hangouts. You’ll receive a set of keys including a master key that opens all pedestrian gates. 🔑 If lost, the master key replacement fee is $50. ⏰ Check-in & Check-out - Check-in: After 4:00 PM - Check-out: By 11:00 AM - Early arrivals or late departures are subject to availability. - Late check-out: Free until 2 PM; after 2 PM = 50% nightly rate; after 6 PM = full night rate. Please let us know your arrival time so we can be ready to welcome you. 📶 Wi-Fi Network: Casablanca_Guest Password: muchoamor High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. ❄️ Electricity & Air Conditioning Puerto Rico’s energy is valuable and costly. Please turn off lights, fans, and AC when leaving. If there’s a power outage, our solar system + Tesla battery keeps essential power running for several hours—please avoid using AC, microwave, or hair dryer during those times. 💧 Water Casablanca has a 400-gallon reserve tank, so you’ll always have water. During an outage, please use it mindfully. 🧺 Laundry Coin-operated washer & dryer are available after 6 PM, once housekeeping finishes. 🪙 $4 per wash (detergent included) | Dryer: 25¢ per 3 min 🐾 Our Furry Family You’ll meet Noche, our sweet, playful dog who loves chasing lizards in the garden. He’s friendly, gentle, and doesn’t enter the apartments. We also share our home with a few cats—please be kind to them 💛. 🌺 Garden & Common Areas Relax in the shared tropical garden, full of hammocks, palms, and quiet corners. Feel free to enjoy a morning coffee or join us for a weekend BBQ or sunset drink. 🚭 Smoking Allowed only in the garden. Please use ashtrays and never leave cigarette butts on the ground. 🧼 Cleaning Your cleaning fee covers the final cleaning at checkout. If you need extra cleaning or fresh linens, we can arrange it for a small fee. Please avoid makeup, oils, or food in bed—stained linens incur replacement costs. 🚗 Parking Free street parking is available in front of the house. The community is gated and has limited local traffic—safe and quiet. 🚙 Getting Around We recommend renting a car if you plan to explore beyond San Juan. For short trips, Uber works great around Ocean Park, Condado, and Old San Juan. 🌦️ Weather & Hurricanes Puerto Rico’s weather is beautiful but can be unpredictable.
