Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The space We provide one double bed for two persons. This room can accommodate additional 1-2 people with additional extra bed size 120x200cm. Extra bed is as per request. All guests should be FAMILY MEMBER and should be proofed by legal document. This is non-smoking room. There is a veranda outside the room, open air hallway for smoking purpose. This room has private kitchen and toilet-bathroom, separated by door from the bedroom. Guest access This room is located on the 1st floor and the access is using stairs. We provide free parking lot for max 1 vehicle. Other things to note This place could be rent for medium and long term stays such as business trip or for medical school who seek for accommodation that provide private laundry machine and private cooking equipment for healthy reason. Amenities: Wi-fi, Air conditioner, Laundry Machine (washer-dryer), Mini fridge, microwave, electric stove, cooking utensil, dishes, table and chair. For hygiene reason, we will not provide any towel. Please maintain quiet both inside and outside the premises between 10:00pm and 08:00am the next morning. No partying or any activity that cause inconvenience for other. No Alcohol, No drunk, No Partying. When leaving, please lock the door and no valuable item left in the room to ensure security and prevent any losses.
