Casa Licchia is a quiet refuge where time slows down. In the center of Martignano, in the Grecìa Salentina, and 15 minutes from the beaches of Torre dell’Orso, San Foca and Sant’Andrea, the house preserves the simple charm of Salento homes: spacious and cool rooms with original floors. Arranged on a single level, the kitchen opens onto a private courtyard with a tree-shaded garden, a peaceful place to relax after returning from the sea. A true Salento home: simple and bright. The space The house is arranged on a single level and consists of a spacious street entrance, where it is possible to park the car directly in front. From here you enter a cool living room and a fully equipped kitchen overlooking the private garden: a charming outdoor space, perfect for relaxing and enjoying evenings outdoors. Next to the kitchen there is a small study with access to the bathroom with window and bathtub. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms: a first bedroom with high ceilings and a beautiful star-shaped vaulted ceiling, connected to the living room, and a second spacious and bright double bedroom. Guest access We personally welcome guests at check-in to show them the house and provide all the information useful for their stay.
