Upstairs: Open plan kitchen with large double door fridge/freezer, electric induction cook top, wall oven, built in microwave, dishwasher, Breville coffee maker (BYO beans), kettle, toaster, sandwich press, Nutri-Bullet, blender, pantry, island bench with 6 stools. Dining and living area with 8 seater table/chairs, ceiling fan, chase lounge, 2 seater lounge, single lounge chair, large smart TV with sound bar. Doors leading out to balcony with large 10 seater outdoor table/chairs, hooded BBQ with side burner, ceiling fan amazing views of the beach and ocean. Separate vanity and w/c. All bedrooms with ceiling fans, main bedroom has an ensuite with vanity, walk-in shower, w/c and walk-in-robe. Downstairs: 4 bedrooms. Living area with a 4 seater and 2 x 2 seater lounges, smart TV, 2nd fridge/freezer. Main bathroom with vanity, walk-in shower, bath, shower with dual shower heads, w/c. Laundry with front loading washing machine, dryer, trough, w/c, clothes airer. Fire pit - BYO wood - to be used in winter months only. Dual driveway - one side with a carport - shed not for guest use. Black Point is a small seaside settlement which offers a beautiful sandy beach, swimming, fishing, sailing, boating and crabbing, making it a popular destination for families and holiday makers. Bed configuration - Upstairs - main bed 1 - king bed. Downstairs - bed 2 - 2 x single beds, bed 3 - queen, bed 4 - 2 x single beds, bed 5 - king Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels. Linen can be hired - $44 for king bed, $38.50 for queen bed, $27.50 for single bed. Linen includes pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, 1 towel per person, 1 bath mat per bathroom and tea towels, beds will be made up for your arrival. If you would like to hire linen you will need to let office staff know and total cost will be added to your booking manually by office staff.
