Guest access Guests will enter the building with a digital key code, get a key fob from a lockbox inside and use the key fob to access the residential floors and to enter the apartment door. A guidebook will be sent with information on the day of check-in. Other things to note There is an elevator to get up to floor the apartment is located or stairs located to right of the elevator. If the elevator for whatever reason is not working, guests understand they must use the stairs. Listing is located on the 3rd floor. Guests are welcome to log into their own apps, subscription services, cable and streaming services are not included. Mail can not be accepted/delivered at this location for guests, all mail must be delivered to nearby package pick up locations or guests can set up a PO Box nearby. Please note: There is plenty of street parking immediately around the apartment complex. Parking is not included with your reservation. All parking arrangements must be made directly by the guest with the Birmingham Parking Authority. We are not responsible for coordinating, purchasing, or managing any part of the parking process. If a parking pass is obtained, the guest is responsible for picking up their own key card and covering any fees for lost or damaged cards.
