Our thoughtfully designed 3BR-2BA home offers the perfect blend of comfort & convenience for short & mid-term stays. Whether you're unwinding in the cozy lounge area or whipping up a meal in the fully-equipped kitchen, every detail caters to your relaxation and needs. Our aim is to provide a seamless experience that exceeds your expectations no matter the travel purpose. The space Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a warm and welcoming design. The living space provides a plush sofa and tasteful decor that balances comfort and style. The house is well appointed with anything you need for a comfortable stay, including a complete kitchen (Keurig and K-cups included), dining area, washer/dryer, smart TV, and outdoor patio area with a fenced in back yard, perfect for your furry friend. Our home features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms all on one main floor. The master bedroom is equipped with a comfortable king bed, walk in closet, and en suite. There is a second full bathroom shared amongst the other two rooms. One room contains a comfortable queen bed and the other offers a comfortable full bed. All rooms contain blackout curtains! Please do not move any furniture outside! Accessibility: There are 2 small steps on the front porch and 1 step by the back door to enter into the home. No ramp access is available. Other things to note The home is situated in a quiet neighborhood. Please be considerate of noise and be respectful to our neighbors. - There is a ring doorbell on the front door by the driveway. - Please refrain from parking on the narrow street if possible. We do not want neighbors driveways blocked by cars. - This is a nonsmoking property, so we kindly ask our guests to refrain from smoking on the premises. There is a $500 fine for any smoking on the property. -DO NOT move any furniture from inside the home to outside - Only dogs allowed. Any dogs will need to be included on the reservation and approved by the host prior to your stay. Unapproved dogs on the property will result in a $250 fee. - Absolutely no events or parties of any kind. *Message & ask about our early check in/late check out options*
