Steve’s country home in a quiet peaceful location. The home is at the end of a dead end dirt road, bordering a 1700 acre park (private entrance). Ideal for out of town Detroit River/Lake Erie fisherman. Very safe parking for your boats/vehicles. 10 miles from Lake Erie Metro Park boat launch to fish the river or the lake. Quick 16 mile drive to Sterling State Park. 12 minutes from Detroit Metro Airport. Close to restaurants. 30 minute drive to Detroit or Ann Arbor for sports or activities. Other things to note This is my second listing, my other being the highly rated top 5% Steve’s Lodge. They are next door to each other. The driveway is 225’ long with a parking area in front of the house and next to the house. Plenty of room for vehicles/boats. Outdoor plug in for boats. Fish cleaning is allowed. I have a cleaning table available. I will have 5 gallon buckets to put your carcasses in, which I will dispose of for you.
