La Cantina

This studio is on the ground floor of our farm with a beautiful view over the valley. The toilet, sink, shower and sink are located next to the apartment in our sanitary building. In the studio, there is a refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, and kitchen service. Outside in front of the studio is a garden furniture set with parasol. The studio is located 1.5 km outside the village of Massa Martana, where you will find necessities such as a supermarket, butcher, bakery, pharmacy, bar/pizzeria. The space The studio is a two-room apartment with a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with 2 single beds. Guest access There is a common area (bar) where you can enjoy a drink and where books and games can be found. There is a large garden with olive grove and swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols. Other things to note Breakfast is optional and costs 12.50 per person per day (children up to 10 years 7.50 per day). Breakfast will be brought to the apartment. A shared washing machine and dryer can be used, for a fee. Tourist tax: (from 15 years) 1.50 per person per day up to a maximum of 4 days. This amount will be charged upon arrival.
