Come visit our cozy little home, fondly known as Lil Louie. Our eclectic & unique space welcomes your family, friends, & furry loved ones. Perfect for getaways, work trips, romantic escapes, or visiting your student at Knox! The entire clean and spacious house is yours to enjoy and relax in. Make home-cooked meals or bake cookies in our fully furnished kitchen. Cuddle up for a movie in our cozy living. Enjoy the backyard with deck, grill and a place for campfires! Come visit us! The space Lil Louie is a 1300 sq ft private home, with a front porch and small front yard, a back yard with a deck, grass and a play set, a garage, an area for campfires, and a private driveway that fits 4 regular-sized vehicles. There is a gate attached to the house that can be utilized to make the backyard closed off (for young kids and pups). There are entrances from the front and side of the house. (The same key is used for all of the entrances). From the front door, you will enter the main floor living room. From the side door, you will enter a landing that goes UP to the kitchen and DOWN to the second living room. The main floor has no bathroom. There is one bathroom upstairs with the two bedrooms, and there is another bathroom in the laundry room downstairs. Child gates are available upon request. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are located in many places around the house. Guest access Please recognize that you are staying in an old house, with many of its original features. Please use caution when using any of the stairs, inside and out, as many of them are steep. Uninviting nooks and crannies behind curtains are off limits, as they may pose a danger to some guests. Other things to note Please recognize that Lil Louie is a home with its original steps and staircases. Mobility issues should be considered before staying with us.
