We cordially invite you to enjoy your Middle Tennessee stay at the Red Barn at Orchard House Farm. With both beauty and convenience , our barn overlooks the beautiful hills of Beechgrove while being only one minute from interstate access. The space The Red Barn is a two level "barndominium" guest house, located on our family farm. It boasts views of the rolling Tennessee hills and every amenity needed for a peaceful, country get away. -Guests enter the lower level into the game room area. This is a large space with ping pong, pool table, air hockey, skee ball, board games, Bluetooth speaker, a large smart TV and Nintendo Switch with access to vintage games, refrigerator, full bath with walk-in shower, queen sleeper sofa (linens provided) and laundry (washer/dryer). -Upstairs is the main living area and balcony porch with amazing views. Large windows flood this area with natural light that instantly lifts your spirits. The living room offers ample seating and large smart TV. Our lovely kitchen is fully equipped with Keurig coffee maker and a generous selection of coffee pods and creamer, dishwasher, and everything needed to make a home cooked meal. The dining room table has seating for 8. -The upper level has two private bedrooms with queen beds, large closets, room darkening shades, and a full "jack-and-jill" bathroom with bathtub. - Need to get some work done while you're away? The main living area also has a desk with storage. - The outdoor area includes fire-pit with roasting sticks, Adirondack chairs, a charcoal grill, outdoor dining table/chairs, and corn-hole. Firewood is available for purchase. - Sleeping arrangements are as follows: Both bedrooms have a queen bed; the game room has a queen sleeper sofa (linens provided); and the living room sofa serves as a bed for the 7th guest (twin linens provided).
