We only rent to guest 25 yrs or older unless accompanied by parent or guardian. The space Townhome that is not connected to another townhome. There are three levels in the house, so make sure that stairs are not a problem for your guest. Other things to note Dogs are allowed but there is a $150 non refundable fee and $25 per additional dog. No cats allowed. No smoking ANYWHERE on property, if so a $500 fee will be charged. IF a dog is brought onto the property without our knowledge, a $500 fee will be charged as well.
