For your entertainment and convenience, the room is equipped with an Amazon Echo Spot and a flat-screen TV, so you can enjoy music, set reminders, or stream your favorite shows effortlessly. The space As part of a modern 2-bedroom apartment, this room gives you access to thoughtfully designed shared spaces. The living room is a cozy haven with a soft velvet couch and an expansive 75-inch TV, perfect for movie nights. The Ecobee smart thermostat ensures a comfortable indoor climate while also monitoring air quality for a fresher, healthier environment. With high-speed internet available throughout the apartment, staying connected for work or entertainment is effortless. The sleek black and gray bathroom is both functional and stylish, featuring a floating vanity, open shelving, and a sliding barn door. Plus, the built-in Bluetooth speaker in the vent lets you enjoy your favorite playlist while showering. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals, including a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, fridge, toaster, and stove. Guests also have access to a storage closet stocked with starter essential supplies, such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, and trash bags. Once these run out, guests are responsible for replenishing them. Guest access You'll have access to your own private bedroom for a peaceful rest, along with full access to the living room, bathroom and kitchen. Don't forget to explore the storage closet – it is stocked with starter essential supplies (including toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing liquid, trash bags, etc.) to make your stay even more pleasant. Please note that once these run out, it is your responsibility to purchase them. During your stay During your stay, please note that there will be no direct interaction with me as the host. However, if you require any assistance or have questions, please feel free to message me, and I will respond promptly to address your inquiries or arrange for a handyman to assist you at the earliest availability. Your comfort and convenience are my top priorities, and I want to ensure you have a seamless and enjoyable experience during your visit. Other things to note Here are a few things to note: - Early check-in or late check-out is available for an additional fee. - Luggage drop-off is allowed. - To maintain a peaceful environment, we kindly ask that no events or parties take place on the premises. - For the comfort of all guests, there is a strict no-smoking policy inside the building. - We appreciate your understanding that only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. If you would like to have guests over during the day, even for a few minutes, please inquire. Because the space is shared, there should be no extra guests (who are not on the reservation) visiting during your stay. And guest found in violation of this will be asked to leave immediately without a refund. - We do not do month-to-month or long term stays on AirBnB. - If there are any issues (things not working, items missing, animal sightings) it should be reported immediately. - Lost key fee is $125.
