1 bedroom, Quiet and Comfortable

Room in a single wide trailer with shared bathroom. Shared access to the kitchen, porch, Living Room, and shared washer/dryer with detergent. We have well water and septic. Away from the road and quiet. This is a new kind of school. Students learn helicopter flight, design, CAD/CAM/CNC/Carbon Fiber. When classes are not in session or not booked, the 2 rooms are rented. Guests do not need to be going to class. Students get priority booking. The space The rental is on a farm that has mostly Hay and rolling hills. There is a Helicopter Test pad, a Machine Shop, a Plasma Cutting Shop, and 3d Printing Shop. Also a couple Aircraft Hangars. Students for the Private school of their choice book a week or 5 days, and attend their private course. The students then are able to sleep on the premises in this BNB so they do not have to trek to town and pay more. Lessons are flexible and private, one-on-one tutoring with all computers and machines provided. School is not always in session and when available, the BNB portion is made available to traveling Nurses, Professionals, and people in the military or people that get per-diem. This is the most cost effective way to stay in an area for a couple weeks to a couple months as it is private, comfortable, and a whole lot better than an Extended Stay America or a cheap hotel. Its in a trailer, but its safe, quiet, clean and cheap. Guest access There are 2 bedrooms. A large one and a small one. There is a small bath on the small room and the large room shares the other larger bath with communal guests. The kitchen and living room as is the porch outside, communal use. The plan is to have boarding students learning various skills in 1 week sessions. This means you may or may not bump into another guest. Access to the bedrooms is through external doors on the premises. All external doors are communal access but the bedrooms have locking doors so students and their belongings as well as BNB guests can sleep safe and securely in their room, study or watch Internet TV, surf, or just chill in their room. There are helicopter flight Simulators in the communal area and students get help learning how to fly a helicopter. There could be a fighter jet simulator there in the future. The important thing to note is that the communal living room has a comfy couch and you can watch TV there, but it is the priority for the Ultra Large TV to be used for the Flight Simulators. Guests are quiet as they use headsets and quiet times are after 11, so no screaming as you smash your jet into a mountain. The place is about 8 miles out of town so you wont walk anywhere, you will need an Uber, Lyft, or your own car. There is sufficient parking and for students, you get an ATV or golf cart to go from various buildings for access to the tools. Other things to note This is my first attempt at hosting a BNB so there will be things that are new to me. Please call them to my attention and give me a chance to fix them before you get mad or file a dispute. Please look at the pictures and read everything before booking. Maybe staying in a Trailer BNB/Part Time School is not for you. It is best to not start if you aren't going to finish. Trailer floors are not known for being awesome and heat is something to consider as trailers are shaped like Toaster Ovens so that's a thing... The main thing here is you get a comfy, quiet room, that is safe, for $49. The rest of the perks should be considered a bonus. Please don't be a butt if your free muffin is not to your liking.
