La Perle Semuroise

La Perle Semuroise is an adorable studio with elegant "classic chic" style decoration located in the heart of the medieval city of Semur-en-Auxois. A small cocoon full of charm, the very bright apartment, tastefully furnished, is designed for 2 people (or 3: baby)! It ideally benefits from a central and privileged location (Place Notre Dame). You can visit the Capital of Auxois on foot (its towers and dungeon, its collegiate church, its ramparts or its cobblestone streets). The space The accommodation is a studio composed of a main room of 18 m2 including: - a small open equipped kitchen (fridge, TASSIMO capsule coffee machine as well as a filter coffee machine, toaster, microwave, kettle, tea and coffee available for your first breakfast, induction stove, all the utensils to make good dishes as well as cleaning products) - a dining area with a flap table and 2 chairs - a seating area equipped with a cozy sofa bed (2 seats/mattress and 140x200 mattress topper) and a flat screen with Netflix (with your own access codes) - A storage space for your personal belongings. It also has any additional amenities you might need (small ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner, etc.). The accommodation has a bathroom - cozy toilet including a shower cubicle and vanity. Hair dryer, towels, shower mat, hand-soap and toilet paper will be available to you. Extras: - Free WiFi (very high speed fiber) - Ability to check in earlier than 5pm depending on the departure of previous guests (in this case, we will notify you by message!) - Possibility to provide you with an umbrella bed for your baby. Other things TO note: - Please do not light the wax candles - Only people whose names have been communicated at the time of booking will be allowed to enter. - Guests are strictly prohibited unless there is an exceptional request. - Departures are until 11 a.m. maximum Guest access The apartment is located on the 3rd floor without elevator in a small residence of 5 apartments with secure access. The lockbox includes the key to the residence door as well as the key to the apartment. Other things to note Details: - no pets are allowed, thank you for your understanding! - the apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator, and the last staircase is a little steep! - Make sure to lock the cottage when you are away.
