The integration of the large former barn gate gives the apartment a unique studio ambience. The large panoramic window not only makes the apartment exceptionally bright, but also offers you a wide view of the magnificent East Frisian landscape. Look forward to breakfast on the sunny, spacious terrace, evening barbecues on the barbecue or simply relaxing under the parasol or in the garden. On 2 floors you will find tasteful and high-quality furnishings with real wood parquet, underfloor heating, smart TV, Bluetooth speakers (Marshall Stanmore III), fully equipped kitchen with induction stove (original Bora hob), dishwasher, Nespresso machine, milk frother, toaster, microwave, Wi-Fi and much more. On the ground floor, the charming apartment has a spacious, harmoniously furnished living and dining area with individual fixtures that are tailored to the loving overall concept. We attach great importance to the fact that you feel as comfortable in our "shared home" as we do as owners. Therefore, the furnishings are varied and high-quality down to the details. In addition to the usual technical equipment, you have a variety of new books or travel guides and board games are available. The spacious open kitchen area, equipped with all amenities, is integrated into the cozy living area. A large dining table for 6 to 8 people invites you to eat together in a convivial atmosphere. In addition, there is a modern bathroom (with a walk-in rain shower) and a storage room on the ground floor. The upper floor has two tastefully furnished bedrooms, 1x with double bed (200 x 180 cm), 1x optionally with single (200 x 80 cm) or double bed (200 x 160 cm). The east-facing bedroom also has a separate desk as a workplace. The view from the historic round window above the old barn entrance also gives the apartment a very special, individual touch. Also upstairs is another modern and spacious bathroom, equipped with a floor-level rain shower, toilet and towel heater. The bright and friendly ambience, combined with modern amenities and embedded in the still visible history of the listed building, will inspire you and ensure that you will feel completely comfortable during your stay. Children are of course also welcome and can let off steam in the children's room or on the lawn in front of the terrace with toys and fun.
