The house is located on a residential plot in a quiet neighborhood located between Duved's ski slopes and cross-country trails. After a day outdoors, you can cook dinner or visit one of the village's nearby restaurants. Enjoy the peaceful hotel-like atmosphere and relax in a place perfect for recovery and adventure in the mountains. The space The accommodation was built in 2022 and has a high degree of design and gives a feeling of a hotel stay. The generous ceiling height gives the feeling that the house is larger than its 30 sqm both on the entrance floor and in the spacious loft. A separate hall provides space for boots and bags. The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet and washer-dryer. In the small kitchenette there is a combined microwave/oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. The dining area can accommodate 4 people. In a corner sofa, you can sit comfortably and watch the large 50-inch TV. The sofa can be converted into 2 beds. A loft ladder leads up to the spacious loft with 2 105-frame beds. The house has its own patio in a protected location to enjoy during the Barmark season. Guest access Parking is generous and shared with the main building. Access to the tiny house is through the main house's carport. The tiny house is located at the back of the property. Other things to note The guest cleans up and brings their own sheets. Linens are rented for a small fee.
