Charming 2-bedrm Lakefront House

This 2-bedroom house is perfect for your escape from city life. Boasting 50' of lake frontage with a shallow sandy bottom, children can play safely and adults can enjoy the relaxation of lake life. Enjoy use of a dock, kayaks, fishing poles with hammock, firepit, and charcoal grill. Inside, there is plenty to do, including some video games, puzzles and board games. The living room and upstairs loft offers two separate entertainment spaces with additional sleeping options with sofa bed and futon The space For safety, only renters and property owners will have access to the house. There are 3 outdoor security cameras looking at the entrances to the house (both streetside and lakeside) and garage. There are no security cameras inside the house. Feel free to use the logs between the two trees by the hammock for the fire pit. Make sure fire is extinguished when you are done. The outdoor grill is charcoal fueled. We provide a plastic bin of hardwood charcoal, please make sure the bin is completely sealed when not using so charcoal does not get wet. Feel free to use the kayaks and put back upside down on the rack so they can drain. Every kayak has its own paddle Use the dock at your pleasure and be safe There are steps to the water for easy access down the seawall. Guest access Entire house. Please stay within the perimeter of the outside yard and avoid entering neighboring properties. There is 50’ of lake frontage in line with the back of the house. Other things to note Joslin lake is great for fishing with Bass, Bluegills, Redears, Pike and Catfish Joslin lake is a shallow lake with a sandy bottom near our shore. The depth is about 3 feet at 200 feet from shore making it fun and safe for children to play in the water. There are some deep holes in the middle of the lake where the depth goes to about 25 feet. The Western and Southern shores are sparsely populated due to the natural marshland of the area. These areas tend to grow more weeds that can bind up propellers but are great for kayaking and canoeing.
