On the upper deck enjoy a breathtaking sunrise overlooking the lake, patio table and chairs, 2 extra chairs for comfortable seating and a BQ Grill. On the lower level you will also find more seating and an extended deck with table & chairs for your comfort. Come show your adventurous side with a game of Cornhole, or jump on the Kayaks, or Water Boards for your leisure. Don't miss out on this charming and completely remodeled lake property located on Big Cedar Lake at Tri Lakes. Big Cedar is an all-sport lake during the hours of 1-4pm and connects to 2 other non-all-sport lakes (Little Cedar and Round Lake). This house is nestled on a secluded and serene partially wooded lot for added privacy which is perfect for relaxation and entertaining. Views of the lake from the back deck and shoreline are breathtaking. Just steps down to the lake is 120ft of private lake frontage with wooden piers for you to enjoy all the wonders of lake life at its finest. A full wrap around deck surrounds the home. - Extra wide gravel parking lot out front. Plenty of room for family and friends. - 4 bedrooms (1 King bedroom, 2 Queen bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 Twin Beds) - 3 full bathrooms - original hardwood floors, carpet, ceramic tile, life proof vinyl planks - family room with sliding patio doors - kitchen has quartz counter-tops, custom hickory cabinets with quiet close doors/drawers, large island, tile back-splash, pantry, under cabinet lighting and Frigidaire stainless steel appliances (gas range) - linen closet - coat closet - family/rec room with electric fireplace - master suite with French patio doors with lake view, his/her walk-in closet, large tiled bathroom with claw foot tub, rain head shower, double vanity with marble countertops - Heil high efficiency central heating and cooling system - Fenced in yard for small children and pets. Please note the yard is fenced; however the upper deck which can be accessed from the yard via steps is not gated off. Please note we have a fenced area for pets; however the fenced area leads up to the upper deck (via stairs) and the deck does not have a gate or other mechanism for pets to be contained. No refunds for late arrival, travel interruptions such as flight delays or traffic jams, or early checkout. Please purchase travel insurance to cover your trip in the event that something unforeseen happens. No more than the maximum number of guests (8). No exceptions. You cannot bring air mattresses to accommodate extra guests. We do not provide firewood, fire-starter or a lighter or matches. Some may be available when you arrive, left over from previous guests, but are not guaranteed. This is a lake, there are bugs as well as vegetation including but not limited to poison ivy and poison oak. ENDLESS FUN IN THE SUN AWAITS YOU @ LAKE-N-BAKE! Guest access Access will be granted via key code. Access will begin at 4:00 pm on day of arrival and will deactivate at 11:00 am on the day of departure. Other things to note * We have outdoor quiet hours from 9pm-8am to respect our neighbors. This is a residential area where most families live year round. We enforce good neighbor policies on our property. Renting homes in a neighborhood/community is a privilege and must be treated as such. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times and respect the rules of the community. We do not provide or allow speakers and/or sound systems on-site. * If we receive noise complaints or the police get called to the property you will be asked to leave without being refunded for your stay. * We do allow small pets (dogs) with prior approval. Bringing pets that were not disclosed or approved will result in your removal from the home without a refund. Pets require a deposit and agreement to the pet policies and rules. * We do NOT allow smoking anywhere on the property. This includes vaping, cigarettes, and cigars. * Tenant agrees to leave the premises & its contents in the same condition as found upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected. *The Owner is not responsible for the guests' personal items. If something behind which we find, there will be a $25 fee plus shipping costs if it needs to be returned. * The owner shall not be liable and will be held harmless for any damage or injury to the Guest, Guest's family, guests, invitees, or their respective property while staying at the rented property. *This home is lake front on a hill. Parents are responsible for supervising all children regardless of age. The owner, nor his agents shall not be liable for children in the lake. There is no lifeguard.
