Hi I’m steve , my rooms and facilities come highly recommended with full 5stars, the property is situated with plenty of parking space. On a quiet edge of the village in a cul-de-sac with “ no through traffic” Popular with business guests but travellers alike for passing through stays. Strictly available to non smokers and Vapers. You’re very welcome to use kitchen, dining area, patio with bbq for garden dinning, I’ve even a plunge pool if you will. I look forward to meeting you. The space My house operates more like a communal shared property and interactions with others is welcomed but privacy is very much respected. House rules should also be followed, items used must be cleaned and stored away after use so as not to affect others. Guest access Other than guest rooms, guests are welcome to use the kitchen and dinning area as well outside spaces being respectful to others. During your stay I’m very respectful to guests wishes but I’m happy to chatter and interact as they see fit, above all I maintain a nice environment. Other things to note Currently a small extension is being carried out which does not affect the internal living space but aesthetically the front may differ from the photo until such time as a new picture will be published. For the sake of confusion, I would like to emphasise that non smoking applies to the whole property and not just inside living space. No drugs other than prescribed. Please use the drive for parking as available and respect neighbours parking. Please do not leave windows open whilst out of the house especially on wet days. Do not store wet clothes in your rooms, a drying space is available.
