Fire up the BBQ, enjoy a cold one from the best seats in town, or unwind in the ultimate spot. There is space for the boat and all your gear. The perfect base for fishing, surfing or kicking back with friends & family. The space The large open plan living area, kitchen, dining and bathroom are all located in the original main building. The newly added 4 bedrooms are located behind the main building and are all connected by a covered verandah running the length of the building, with some clever covered inbuilt storage. The well equipped kitchen includes a large walk in pantry and food prep area, with 3 fridge freezers, so ample space for your supplies. There is another small separate lounge area in the main building. The home sleeps up to 10 people, over 4 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 - 1 x Queen bed Bedroom 2 - 2 x Single beds and 1 x Single bunk Bedroom 3 - 1 x Queen bed Bedroom 4 - 2 x Single beds There is a bathroom in the main building that has a shower and a toilet. There is another toilet in the separate laundry, along with an outdoor shower. Other things to note Pillows and duvets are supplied. Please bring your own linen: sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels, bathmat. Linen hire is available on request and costs $30 per person. Please confirm this request during the booking process.
