The space An open plan kitchen, living and dining room opens up on both sides through French doors for alfresco dining with views to the coast from the terrace. Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms, bathroom and laundry and upstairs a further 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a further independent fully equipped studio with kitchenette and bathroom with shower. The pool terrace offers plenty of lounge space, a hammock and lounge area. The pool house offers alfresco dining space. The pool is fitted with a diving board for hours of fun! The back garden is ideal for children to kick the football, fly on the zip-line, play ping-pong, bounce on the trampoline or roller-blade on the terrace. The village of Roquefort Les Pins has a number of different restaurants, wine bars, coffee shops, bakeries, health food shop, fresh fruit market, butchers and more. Only 2min walk from the house you will find a popular restaurant/bar, boulangerie/traiteur, clothes shop, news agency and pharmacy. Perfectly situated a few minutes to the beautiful beaches of Villeneuve Loubet, Antibes and Cannes, and only moments to the mountains with natural gorges, nature walks, bike riding, paragliding, skiing and more.
