The space The property is built in a large semi-detached house on the slope. The apartment is on the top floor and offers a beautiful view over the lake and the nature around it. In the entrance area there is an open, fully equipped kitchen with a small wardrobe area. The bedrooms are separated by the bathroom. In the open living area there is a table for 6 people and a TV that only provides access to streaming services such as Netflix and Amazon Prime as well as the WaipuTV app for free TV services. Free Wi-Fi up to 250 Mbps is of course available throughout the property. In sleeping area 1, there is a comfortable king size bed (180 x 200) and the possibility to store your clothes in the closet. Sleeping area 2 has a queen size bed (160x200) and a small dresser. In bedroom 3 there are 2 spacious single beds (90 x 200) with a wardrobe for storing clothes. The bathroom is equipped with a light-flooded shower with bathtub and views of the lake and nature, sink and toilet. The rooms radiate brightness and are pleasantly quiet and idyllic thanks to their location. In front of the building there is a small sun terrace with seating and an awning available to guests. The presence of plants in the bed gives this place a cozy atmosphere. The bedrooms are spatially separated from the living area. This could be particularly important for travelers with young children. Since we also have a children's travel cot with mattress incl. changing table. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment you can rent canoes, SUP boards and bicycles and explore the picturesque landscape along the Trave and Beste rivers. Numerous hiking and biking trails invite you to discover the surroundings, including the Brenner Moor, Schleswig-Holstein's largest inland salt moor. With a little luck, you can spot kingfishers, eagles, otters and owls there. For adventure seekers, there is also geocaching or the exciting crime trail, where a bicycle attack must be solved. The central location of Bad Oldesloe makes it easy to reach popular destinations quickly. The train station is only a 15-minute walk and offers connections to Hamburg (27 minutes) and Lübeck (18 minutes). By car, you can reach Hamburg, Lübeck and the Baltic Sea resorts of Timmendorfer Strand and Scharbeutz in just 40 minutes via the A1. Bad Segeberg, known for the Karl May Festival, can be reached in just 15 minutes. Via the A7 you can reach the state capital of Kiel in an hour and via the A20 you can reach Warnemünde in 1.5 hours and the Mecklenburg Lake District in about 2 hours. In Bad Oldesloe itself there are numerous leisure activities: mini golf, jogging, cycling and walking start right at the front door. The indoor swimming pool and sauna are in the immediate vicinity, and in summer the natural lake invites you to swim. The city center, just an 8-minute walk away, offers numerous restaurants and shopping. In the cultural and educational center, just 8 minutes away, you can enjoy a varied program of theater, readings, music and cabaret. Shopping fans are also catered for: Visit Hamburg, Lübeck or the outlet in Neumünster. The charming Hanseatic city of Lübeck can be reached in just 20 minutes, while Hamburg, one of the most exciting cities in Germany, can be reached in just 30 minutes by car.
