Spacious, secluded cottage with games room / sauna

The cottage is located in the village of Údolíčko, 1 km from Perštejn, where you’ll find a brewery, swimming, rocks, and other attractions. It is in a beautiful, picturesque valley leading into the Mountains and offering complete privacy. It is fully fenced with direct access into the forest. There is a large terrace, a covered terrace with a fireplace and a relaxing garden with a view. Parking is available directly in front of the cottage. There is a sauna for up to 6 people with a shower. The space The house is a traditional Czech cottage which has been converted into a pleasant and spacious cottage for 15 guests covering 4 floors. There is plenty of space for parking in the enclosed grounds and the garden and covered terrace provide a space to enjoy the outdoors all year round The cottage opens into a spacious hallway adjoining a large games room with a bar and a beer pipe (beer barrels are available for guests to buy) , table football, billiards, darts a seating area. A spacious bathroom with a large bath comes off the hallway leading you up to the next floor. On the first floor you will find a cosy living room with a wood burning fireplace, a smart tv and a large dining area leading you directly to the spacious terrace where you can find a unique circular fireplace with seating for large groups, a barbecue and a dining area overlooking the romantic, forested valley. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you would need to prepare meals for families or large groups. There is also a double bedroom and a bathroom on this floor. Moving up to the second floor there are 2 bedrooms, the first is a large comortable family room for 5 and the second a double room. Tucked away under the roof there is a further sleeping space with three mattresses for extra guests and a children's corner with toys and books. There is also a toilet on this floor. Up in the attic there is the final bedroom for 3 guests. Spread over 4 floors with steep stairs, the house is not suitable for guests with mobility problems.The location is ideal for walking trips in the countryside, cycling trips along excellently marked cycling routes by the river Ohře or across well maintained forest and mountain tracks, rock climbing on the local rocks near the river Ohře, 3 km from the cottage or boating on the river. The area is abundant with historical ruins and beautiful castles to explore, hidden in the forests or perched on top of hills. it is only a short distance to the historical spa city of Karlovy Vary, known not only for its healing waters but also for the international film festival. In the winter there are ski areas within 20 kilometres of the cottage, Klinovec 20km or Alsovka 10km are the nearest, or you can enjoy the many well maintained cross country ski routes within a short distance from the cottage. The local brewery in Perštejn is a 1 km walk through the forest, with a panorama terrace and cosy indoor seating for some locally brewed beer and traditional food. Guest access Our guests can relax and enjoy the whole cottage , terrace and enclosed garden for themselves from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave. We live in the next village. Other things to note In winter, parking may be limited - in case of heavy snow or ice, it is necessary to park approximately 100 m from the cottage at the entrance to the driveway by the road, as the driveway is very steep. Due to the free use of the sauna and the possibility of using electric heaters, stoves and fireplaces, a fee of 7 CZK/kWh for consumed electricity is charged upon departure. The cottage has 4 floors and is equipped with steep stairs.
