The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, hood, kettle, microwave, oven and fridge. Shower room: A modern bathroom with shower, vanity unit and toilet. Amenities: For your comfort, the tiny house has a flat-screen TV, iron and hairdryer, as well as all kitchen amenities. Outside: Enjoy a small terrace with a table for two, ideal for outdoor dining. A private area with a gate is also available to park your vehicle safely. Guest access Guests have access to the entire tiny house and its amenities. The private outdoor area is also available to relax or park your car. Other things to note The tiny house is located near the Lexy Park shopping area, offering a variety of shops such as Leclerc, Brico Dépôt, La Foir'Fouille, Action, Maxi Zoo and Buffalo Grill In addition, major companies such as ArcelorMittal Tubular Products Lexy are located in the area.
