I prefer to book the entire house under a larger separate listing, and use this listing to fill gaps when the larger listing for this house isn't booked. No other guests will be in the house and you will still have access to the common areas pictured, kitchen, 1 living room, game room, bathroom, hot tub, however we ask that you keep to your space to avoid additional cleaning and usage fees. You must send us a message if you are bringing a pet and will need to pay a pet fee. The house is in Interval , filled with history, Scenic Views of MT Washington, charming attractions and is a central location in the valley, easy access to the villages, shops, Hiking, skiing, rivers, trails, Storyland, Attitash, Cranmore, Jackson, Wildcat, Diana's Bath, Cathedral Ledge, etc. Certain weekends/holidays may require 2-3 night min stays. Must follow house rules and community regulations or risk loss of deposit, fines up to $1000 and early termination of your stay for unauthorized events, parties, additional guests, or complaints from neighbors. Upon check out, we will require that you strip the beds, start a load of laundry, wash all the dishes and handle your trash according to the instructions. If you wish to request an early or late check in/out, please reach out the day of your arrival or departure. The fee for a 2-hour early check-in is $50, and the same applies for a 2-hour late check-out, if available, to coordinate with the cleaner and maintenance companies to adjust their schedules. We often have same day check in and out, so if you would like to secure an early check in or late check out in advance, it will require us to block and adjust the rate for an additional night.
