The space The accommodation is spread over two floors, offering space, comfort, and natural light. On the ground floor, with direct access from the street, you'll find a welcoming hall leading to a bright and spacious living-dining area. This versatile space includes a cozy sitting area with a Bluetooth sound system and a dining area that can easily be used as a workspace. The fully equipped kitchen features all essential appliances and utensils, as well as a charming dining corner for casual meals. Both the kitchen and living room open directly onto the patio—an inviting outdoor space perfect for relaxing, enjoying a barbecue, or dining al fresco. A guest toilet with a sink and WC completes this floor. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and access to a private balcony—ideal for starting the day with fresh air. Both rooms offer spacious wardrobes and drawers for storage. The first floor also features a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and iron. From here, you have direct access to the terrace, where you can hang clothes comfortably. However, we ask that you check out by 12:00 PM. • Sustainability: We care about the environment. Please turn off the lights when not in use and try to minimize water consumption during your stay. • Parties and events: To keep the peace for everyone, parties and events are not allowed in the house. • Security: For your peace of mind, the house is equipped with a security system, including CO2 and CO detectors with alarms in the bedrooms and kitchen. • Supplies: The house is fully equipped to make you feel at home. We provide towels, blankets, sheets, kitchen utensils, and barbecue tools.
