In a quiet and green environment of nature, Our 280 m² house (6/12 people) has a large shaded garden and an 8 x 4 outdoor swimming pool (chlorine). Bikes are available, as well as a ping pong table, foosball, board games, books, etc. Free private parking for several cars. No pets allowed. Welcomes you for a stay with family and/or friends (12 people maximum) On the ground floor , you'll find a large open plan kitchen with an insert with all the essential amenities and cooking. (Refrigerator, gas hob, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, but also electric beater to make a delicious mayonnaise or cupcakes, a blinder, a filter coffee maker, a Senseo coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster... A table and chairs for breakfast if the weather does not allow you to sit in the garden. A dining room where a large monastery table will gather you all during your lunches, dinners... A small shower room + toilet A large living room with a large fireplace, from where you can contemplate nature through a glass window, just relax, read, or watch TV. Three comfortable sofas (3 convertibles) and a coffee table complete this large living room. (in the furniture under the TV you will find board games and books. A laundry / luggage room with an ironing board, an iron, a laundry basket, a coat rack... Upstairs: Bedroom 1: 140x190 bedding with dressing room and bedside tables. A large bathroom, two sinks, a bath, a shower and a toilet. A clearance with a closet. Outside you will find two private gardens, one in front of the kitchen (large patio) with a terrace with a large garden furniture and gas plancha (+ outdoor wall outlet) and a large shaded garden with swimming pool and terrace. A swing is hidden there. The pool is chlorinated, and its dimensions are 8 x 4 without the steps, Depth 1.2 m at the bottom of the steps, diamond point 1.8 m. Sunbathing / relaxing are available. Between the two gardens, an outbuilding with a ping pong table and foosball table. Bikes are available free of charge. A welcome box will be offered, as well as a free tour of our vineyard with tasting of our wines. . Views of nature and in the vineyard. A crib, high chair and children's dishes available. Linens are provided (towels/linens). Hygiene products (soaps, shampoo, toilet paper...) are present in the bathrooms and toilets) Cleaning products (basic) are also available. Cooking basics are available (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper...) (not the hygiene products) Animals are normally not allowed (horses in the meadow in front of the pool- poultry at the neighbor's) nevertheless if you are used to forward them, please send me a message telling me the breed of your dog.
