The living room also has a balcony with a small table and two chairs, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the park and the historic center of Treviglio. In this area, there is a split air conditioner, which also acts as a heat pump in the colder months, to ensure optimal comfort all year round. Kitchen The well-equipped eat-in kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious dishes and enjoying convivial moments. Guest access The entrance to the condominium is through the condominium door. Once inside, you can access the fifth floor comfortably via the stairs or the elevator. Once you reach the floor, you will find the apartment's security door, ready to welcome you to a safe and private environment. Other things to note • Heating: The apartment is equipped with central heating. The boiler's operating hours are from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. • Energy efficiency: The apartment heats up easily thanks to the triple-glazed windows, which guarantee excellent thermal insulation. To optimize comfort and avoid gas waste, we recommend that you do not set the radiators beyond number 3 on the wheel, so as to avoid excessive heating. • Water saving: We invite you to also pay attention to water consumption, trying not to waste it during your stay, to contribute to a responsible use of resources. • Separate collection: On the balcony you will find a container for separate collection.
