A gem in Freetown perfect for couples, solo travellers and business. 5 mins walk to Lakka beach with a choice of restaurants. 5 mins walk to a well equipped gym and the main road into Lumley. The ensuite room is set within a compound with an onsite shop, selling food, laundry and personal care items. The apartment is well equipped including microwave, fridge freezer, blender, solar generator for laptops and phones, hot water tank, running water, solar lights, fans and washing machine. The space Ensuite bedroom available with king size bed, bespoke made clothes rail + hangers, towels and extra storage boxes and bedding. The room has its own lock. All windows are light diffusing and have guards and mosquito netting 3rd person can sleep on the 6 seater corner sofa Hot water is available in the ensuite as well as having a bidet toilet Shared access to the lounge/ parlour, kitchen, laundry area and balcony. Shared with me, the host, who is happy to show you around. The recently built property has a modern interior and charming exterior. It is located within a quiet, gated compound and with a handy convenient store on site. Beautiful views of the hills from the balcony and the beach is a short walk away. You may know that electricity is not constant from the government. For that there is a generator powered by solar panels that gives life to phones and laptops including rechargeable fans and lights in the property. I have a new 2 week old puppy who sleeps outside the apartment. During your stay I live at the property and stay in the master bedroom with my own bathroom. I sometimes travel to the provinces for work or to see family and so you will have sole occupancy during these times. Other things to note As a Sierra Leonian, I am happy to show you around. I also co-lead a new Beach Clean Up project at Lakka beach. You're welcome to join us in volunteering. General cleaning will be done throughout your stay. Laundry cleaning and changing bed sheets is available for an extra charge Deep cleaning is performed at the end of each stay
