The house has a lake plot and is located 30m from the water. It is located at the end of a private road without annoying traffic or other noise/sound. There are opportunities for swimming and fishing. Fishing equipment can be borrowed for free. There is also a very good view for many miles and good sun conditions. The sailing in and out from Bergen also goes right past. There is room for 5 cars. 4 min walk to the bus and 4 min drive to the store. 30 min drive to Bergen city center, possibly 20 min to Kleppestø where there is a speedboat to Bergen city center. Guest access Guests can use both entrances to the house. One on each floor.
