Nearby are swimming lakes, a communal pool, spa, gym, cycling trails, and the beach. On-site you’ll also find tennis, volleyball, fishing, and an astro-turf court. Seating for 14 to eat inside and on the deck outside. Enjoy the warm weather by using the BBQ or relax in the hot tub*. 🛏️ Five Luxurious Bedrooms: Master Bedroom: Super king bed, and private balcony over looking the lake. Ensuite bathroom with rain shower. Bedroom 2: Super king bed with private balcony. Ensuite bathroom with rain shower. Bedroom 3: King size bed Bedroom 4: Bunk beds, pull out single bed and 3/4 sofa bed Bedroom 5: Motorised single bed and a 3/4 bed plus ensuite wetroom with rain shower., grab handle and shower seat. This room is on the ground floor for ease of access. Games Room: Full sized double sofa bed (note that this sofa bed is in the games room not the living room as per the sleeping arrangements on airbnb - this is due to airbnb's software limitations) Main Bathroom: with bath and separate shower 2 high chairs and cots are also available (but please bring your own bedding) 🎮 Fun Games Room: A dedicated games room is perfect for hours of entertainment, equipped with a pool table and a massive TV, making it a favourite spot for both kids and adults. Walk out on to a spacious deck with sun loungers and sofa - perfect for a sundowner or to catch some rays. 🧺 Practical Amenities: A washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays, ensuring you have everything you need. 🌊 Relaxing Lake Setting: Every detail inside is complemented by the tranquil beauty outside, with stunning lake views visible from various parts of the house. Enjoy paddleboarding, kayaking or swimming just outside the door during the warmer months (please note the lake is closed during winter for safety reasons), or catch a fish in the dedicated fishing lakes year-round (bring your UK fishing permit). On site facilities: Book a massage in the spa or enjoy the outdoor heated pool and gym, which is just a 10 minute stroll through the gated estate. There is also a tennis court, astro pitch, table tennis, children's playgrounds and a restaurant. Let us know on booking if you wish to use it. *IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE * *Though the property is finished, there is still building work being completed on the Silverlake estate generally. The building firm are very considerate and this is unlikely to cause any disruption. Please do abide by any signage relating to the construction areas. Current prices have been discounted to take this into account Other things to note We do take a £400 security deposit which is due at least 3 days before your stay. This is refunded 3 days after check out subject to no damages having been reported.
