Whether you're in town for a wedding, holiday, sporting event or retreat this historical home is ready to make memories for your family. The space This historic home, dating back to the turn of the century, showcases exquisite Queen Anne Architecture that accentuates its original woodwork and turrets spanning all levels. Its rich history includes a journey from a storefront and apartment to a quadplex and, in 2019, it found new life when it was acquired by the Sisters of Perpetual Adoration and transformed into a nunnery. This remarkable space seamlessly blends its storied past with modern amenities, offering a unique experience. With five distinct gathering areas, there's ample room for relaxation and socializing. Four of these spaces are equipped with large 4K TVs, complete with Netflix for your entertainment. The heart of the home lies in our spacious open and fully stocked kitchen and dining room, destined to become a favorite gathering spot for all. Don't forget the private Speakeasy on the lower level for some added fun! For inquiries regarding event pricing and accommodations for families with more than 16 guests, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly. Guest access Guests will have access to the 1st and 2nd, floors and the basement Speakeasy. This includes the laundry room, 4 full bathrooms, and 7 bedrooms. *For guests who booked prior to October 5th, 2025 and have reservations of 14 guests or more, they will have access to the 3rd floor (2 additional bedrooms and an additional bathroom). These are no longer pictured. There will be an additional $50 cleaning fee for guests using the 3rd floor. Reservations booked after October 5th, 2025 or that have fewer than 14 guests reserved will not have access to the 3rd floor apartment.
