The property consists of 5 duplex units and two large single family homes, each spaced out to allow ample room for privacy and breathing room. The space Platform 3 is a renovated one bedroom suite that provides all the comforts of a fully furnished home. The light, airy decor invites you to a relaxing stay, and our welcome package provides basic essentials to help you transition after a day of travel. The fully stocked kitchen boasts touches of luxury with stainless steel appliances (including a range hood for our guests who love to cook), a large fridge, new cabinets, blue pearl granite countertops, and all basic cookware, dishes, and utensils. There's also a unique peninsula-type counter with bar stools that offers a multi-purpose space for eating or working, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer. In the rest of the living space a comfortable L-shaped chaise sofa invites you to relax and watch your favorite show. Heading into the bedroom you're welcomed by a queen bed, dual nightstands, mounted 55" TV, and a closet with an iron/ironing board.
