Our Historic Residence, dating back to the 1400s, is located in the heart of the village of Carpignano Salentino, a strategic location a few kilometers from the wonderful towns of Otranto, Alimini, Torre dell'Orso, Gallipoli, Santa Maria di Leuca and Lecce. Our apartments are carefully furnished and have a double bedroom, a double sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a fully equipped kitchen. Each unit can accommodate from 2 to a maximum of 4 people, ensuring privacy The space The Fico studio, located on the first floor, is accessible via a separate entrance with stairs. This housing solution offers an intimate and comfortable environment, ideal for a relaxing stay. The interior consists of a spacious bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, desk, TV and air conditioning, ensuring comfort in every season. The living area includes a kitchen equipped with dishes, a refrigerator and a dining table, perfect for preparing and enjoying meals independently. The studio apartment has two private balconies, one at the front and one at the back, which allow you to enjoy natural light and moments of relaxation outdoors. In addition, there is a bathroom with a modern and functional shower. It can accommodate a maximum of 2 people, making it perfect for couples or single travelers looking for comfortable and cozy accommodation. The studio comes with bedding and bath linens included for the entire stay. At check-in, the accommodation tax of €0.80 per person per day is required, to be paid to the manager.
