Enter through the front door with an electric passcode lock; the stairs to your private suite are just to the right. The entire basement is dedicated to you, ensuring maximum privacy. In return, the second floor is off-limits, and main floor living spaces are by invitation only. Your suite includes a queen memory foam bed, with an optional airbed available upon request. The kitchenette is stocked with basic necessities, including a fridge, hot plate, and toaster oven/air fryer—if you need something extra, just ask! Enjoy entertainment on the 75” TV with Sonos 5.1 surround sound, and stay connected with gig-speed internet for seamless streaming and remote work. For added fun, guests can enjoy a billiards table in the basement, and for those 12 and under, a small trampoline is available. You have access to two bathrooms: a dedicated full bath in the basement and a powder room near the entrance for convenience. Laundry is available upon request—please notify me before check-in if needed. I often travel, but if I’m home, I’m happy to assist in making your stay comfortable.
