We reiterate your safety and privacy by ratifying the presence of security cameras only in the street area, parking lot, back patio and side patio where the washing machine is located, none inside. PALMARSA RULES: 1) Acceptance of regulations: By staying at PalmarSA, you accept and agree to comply with these regulations throughout your stay. 2) Upon entering the house: Once you pass the fence and house door, please check that everything is in order, rooms, kitchen, bathroom and living room. If you find any non-conformity, please notify the host immediately. Failure to do so will be deemed to be no problem with the house and its facilities. We remind you that guest service is from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm from Monday to Sunday, so if you need assistance, we suggest that it be at the established time. 3) Check-in and check-out times: Check-in is after 3:00 pm and check-out is before 12:00 pm without exception. In case of exceeding this schedule, a penalty of $500 pesos will be applied for each additional hour. 4) Illicit substances, firearms, explosives or fireworks: The entry and use of illicit substances (drugs), firearms, explosives, fireworks or any object considered illegal both inside and outside the house or PalmarSA facilities is strictly prohibited. IMPORTANT NOTE: In case of omission of the clause, PalmarSA will have the obligation to notify the corresponding authorities. For your safety and that of your neighbors, avoid the use or entry of these objects and substances into the house and facilities. 5) Caring for furniture: Use furniture in moderation and responsibly. If you cause any damage, please notify the host. Avoid moving furniture, furnishings, or equipment from one room to another or off-site. In case of damage or loss of furniture, furnishings, equipment or decorative objects, the guest will be obliged to pay for their repair or replacement. 6) Third-party accommodation: Only up to 4 guests are allowed in the house and its facilities. 7) Lost or forgotten objects: PalmarSA is not responsible for the loss or theft of forgotten objects inside the premises. 8) Appropriate behavior: Avoid disturbing the peace and/or causing inconvenience to neighbors during your stay. 9) No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house and its facilities. 10) Use of equipment and electrical current: Do not use electrical current, electronic or mechanical equipment for purposes other than those intended. Avoid moving electrical appliances and their controls outside the house or from one room to another. We ask you to consume electricity responsibly, use the air conditioning only when necessary by setting the temperature at 24ºC. Also check that all the doors of the house and fence are closed, including the refrigerator and microwave door. When vacating the suite, be sure to disconnect the electrical appliances. Check that the stove, washing machine, blender, coffee maker, television, air conditioners and/or any electrical equipment are not on. Remember to turn off lights and/or electrical equipment when leaving the premises. In case of damage or loss of electronic equipment or controls, the guest will be obliged to pay for their repairs or replacement. 11) Safety and well-being: When entering or leaving the house, check that the pedestrian door of the fence is closed, with the padlock on and closed, as well as the security door of the main entrance and the side washing patio, and the access doors to the house. The guest is responsible for handing over the keys and locks of the facilities in perfect condition, and in case of damage or loss will be obliged to pay for the repair or replacement of these. 12) Parking: There is a parking space in front of the house. It is requested to use said parking area correctly, respecting the space designated for its use. 13) Condition of the house and facilities: Please return the house and its facilities in the same condition in which it was received. a. Do not leave food in the house: When handing over the house and its facilities, do not leave food in the refrigerator or in the containers. b. Please do not use bath towels, curtains or similar to clean the floor, as a bath mat or any other action that is not their main function. Avoid soiling the bath towels, when you no longer use them do not leave them on the floor, try to hang them or dry them to avoid moisture and dirt. Before vacating the house, leave the used towels in the basket under the sink. c. When you leave the house, leave blankets, quilts, bedspreads, pillowcases in the basket under the sink. d. No trash: Do not leave trash inside the suite, leave trash bags in the front yard in front of the house. e. Before leaving the house, check that the doors, windows, keys and water taps are in perfect condition and closed. f. Before leaving the house, check that the utensils and cooking appliances used during your stay are washed, avoid leaving them dirty. Do not leave dirt in and around the sink. g. Avoid leaving dirt on the furniture in the bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and bathroom. To avoid bad smells inside the house and its facilities, avoid leaving food that requires refrigeration outside, when cooking try to clean the areas used. h. In case of damage or loss of utensils, appliances or objects belonging to PalmarSA, the guest will be obliged to pay for their repair or replacement.
