Cozy bedroom across from beach

Location, location, location! Carrasco, the most beautiful residential neighborhood in the city, across from the Promenade Rambla (Rio de la Plata). You will be able to enjoy the view from your room’s balcony and walk to the beach just a block away. Carrasco’s main street (Calle Arocena) is only three blocks away where you will find plenty of restaurants, cafés (including Starbucks), supermarkets and shopping area. Public transportation to get to all parts of the city at walking distance. The space The apartment is in a unique building built in the 60’, one of the few of its kind in this residential neighborhood where mostly are houses. The building has an elevator and concierge service most of the week. You will enjoy your own private space. An ample bedroom with a private balcony for your own use during your stay. Imagine yourself having breakfast or relaxing with a glass of wine after a long day sightseeing enjoying the view of the sea (weather permitting or seasonality). The bedroom has a very comfortable full size bed, night stand, side table, a dresser and coat racks. It also has an A/C unit to be use if needed, as most of the time you can get fresh air from the coast by opening the double window. There is a Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube for your enjoyment. WiFi throughout the apartment. There is only one bathroom that we will be sharing during your stay. Guest access You will be able to use the kitchen area to prepare quick and easy meals, shared bathroom and of course your bedroom where you will have all the privacy you need. (Livingroom/dining table off limit, not to be used) In addition, based on the weather, should you not be able to go out to the balcony and use the furniture outside, you will be able to use the kitchen breakfast bar to have your meals without problem, but I ask to always use a tablecloth.☺️ During your stay Should you need assistance during your stay I will be available as I work most of the time from home. Can give you tips and suggestions where to go and what to see in the city. My partner and I are very quiet and respectful people. We will follow your lead if you want to interact with us or prefer to keep to yourself. 😉 We have travelled around the world and enjoy different cultures. It is always a pleasure to meet people from all walks of life and have interesting conversation, exchange life experiences. Other things to note Guests are not allowed; only the person staying is permitted in the apartment. This apartment has been renovated so I would appreciate that you take care of it as if it was your own home. As an avid traveller and Airbnb guest myself, I have learned that is best to know the host expectations and house rules before arriving to ensure a great stay. I ask that you pay special attention to the kitchen counters, use cutting boards to avoid scratching them, clean anything that may have spilled and could stain the white counters. Pots and pans must be cleaned only with a sponge so they don’t get scratched, etc. In summary, take care of things as if they were your own. Last but not least, in your room you will find a guide not only with suggestions of places to visit, eat, etc; but other important guides to the use of things around the home. I ask that you take few minutes to read it to be in the know. 🙏
