This mini Forest Hills studio has everything you need for a short or extended stay in nyc. There is room for 2 guests to sleep either together or separately. This small space is used very well and has a private door facing the backyard. There is no private kitchen in the unit but we can give you access to the kitchen if needed. The unit itself has a mini fridge and coffee maker. The space This is a totally private space with ensuite full bathroom and backyard. There is also a washer and dryer free of charge (big luxury in small nyc apts) Guest access Backyard can be used as there is patio set and dining table also handy for smokers as we do not allow smoking in the unit itself. There is guaranteed free street parking so if you are driving this is a perfect place as it would cost allot to park in most places in New York. You can easily park your car and not have to move it during your stay. Other things to note Free street parking with no alternate side parking so you can park your car and leave it for the entire time or use it to go anywhere and always find a spot when you get back !!
