Take a break at this peaceful and centrally-located accommodation adjacent to the beautiful Hanseatic city of Deventer. Within walking distance you will find cozy restaurants, a bakery and several exclusive shops. Just around the corner and you're almost in the forest. You can cycle along the beautiful river IJssel to the lively and beautiful centre of Deventer in 15 minutes. As icing on the cake, you can enjoy the stars from the comfortable box spring in the evening! The space The room is fully equipped and consists of a cosy living room with a minibar, free coffee and tea facilities, and a modern bathroom with a rain shower. An open staircase leads to the loft sleeping area. In addition, guests can make use of a large part of the beautiful flower garden and the cosily lit veranda. Radiators heat the accommodation that is connected to the main house. The accommodation is fully insulated and has a private entrance, accessed via a key box with a code. Guest access There is free parking at the door of the property or in the driveway of the house. The space is located behind the house and is accessed through a private entrance. There is a lockbox that can be opened by means of a code. You will receive this code one day before your arrival. Note: The sleeping area is located on the mezzanine and is accessible via a narrow open staircase, which is not suitable for people with mobility issues. Other things to note This accommodation is not suitable for guests with mobility issues due to an open staircase to the sleeping area on the loft (see photos) There is no kitchen present. Breakfast is available on request and costs 17.50 per person. On request I make you a nice breakfast, served in a picnic basket.
