The Warehouse

This tiny house is located on the grounds of a farm typical Umbrian style and is suitable for 1 or 2 people. From the tiny house, you have a beautiful view over the valley. It is a fully furnished apartment with bathroom, kitchen/living room/bedroom. In front of the cottage there is a garden furniture set with parasol. The apartment is located 1.5 km outside the village of Massa Martana. In the village, you will find all the necessities such as a supermarket, butcher, bakery, pharmacy, and bar. Guest access There is a common area (bar) where you can enjoy a drink and where books and games can be found. There is a large garden with olive grove and swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols. Other things to note Breakfast is optional and costs 12.50 per person per day (children up to 10 years 7.50 per day). Breakfast will be brought to the apartment. A shared washing machine and dryer can be used, for a fee. There is air conditioning/heating available. The consumption of this will be settled afterwards.
