Two additional bedrooms on opposite side of main floor each with their own queen beds. Full bathroom with double vanity and tub/shower next to the additional bedrooms. Additional half bath on main floor off of the kitchen. One additional bedroom and en suite bathroom located upstairs with an additional common room / play room / office. Other things to note Something to note* our home is located in a small subdivision of only 17 homes on larger lots. We sit on just under an acre lot in the back corner of the neighborhood with an oversized farmhouse front yard. This house just finished construction on 2024, so there is no GRASS yet. We are working on finishing the lawn/yard. It is functional and still a work in progress. We appreciate your understanding. There are two oversized porches and large sidewalks around the development to enjoy the outdoors during your stay. You're welcome to keep your shoes on in the kitchen / living areas with hardwood in order to save your clean socks from the dust/sand!
