With four true sleeping areas (3 BR/2 BA upstairs plus a private lower-level BR/BA), the home is well-suited for multi-generation comfort. Features include a large yard backing to a golf course, game room, screened porch, and seasonal in-ground pool (weather permitting). 📍 8 miles from Great Lakes Naval Base | 📍 5.5 miles from City of Hope – Zion The space This 1960's home has been thoughtfully updated while maintaining its original charm. Guests often remark that it comfortably accommodates 7–8 people and feels cozy and spacious for family gatherings. The quiet neighborhood and deep front and back yards provide a wonderful sense of privacy and tranquility that guests truly appreciate. Inside, the game room is stocked with a wide assortment of games for all ages, perfect for friendly competition or relaxed evenings in. Outside, the patio and screened porch offer lovely spots to unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Guest access Guests have full access to the property with the exception of the pantry and one master closet where we store our extra supplies. We prefer to keep the garage closed and used solely for storage. But there are some yard games and a wagon for guest use in the garage. Other things to note Be sure to let us know if you have little ones coming so that we can prepare a pack’n play (if needed) and bring up a highchair.
