Country house in a quiet environment, the Mauvielle cottage, completely renovated, can accommodate up to 12 people. Its location is ideal for visiting Auch, Montauban, the medieval village of Sarrant and the surrounding villages renowned for their market hall. The house has a swimming pool (10x5 m), a shaded terrace and a wooded park. Hiking trails are accessible. The owners live right next door but the layout of the houses offers complete privacy. The space On the ground floor, 3 bedrooms with 160 cm beds, one of which has a shower room and toilet; a 2nd shower room for the other 2 bedrooms; an equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer) open to the 60 m2 living/dining room. Upstairs, a dormitory with 6 beds in 90, a bathroom and a toilet. Outside, a large wooded park, a shaded terrace (charcoal barbecue) and a swimming pool with travertine terrace (sunbathing and parasols). Other things to note Sheets and bath linen are extra. Bed linen is €10 per bed. Towels at €5 per person.
