Relax,in our lovely open plan home, close to local village amenities ,Its pet friendly, quiet ,and both the beach and Newcastle City centre are only a short bus ride away on the x7 bus . Please note ; if your family group is larger than 5 , you could also book Seghill Sanctuary which is adjoined to us and us a wonderful self catering studio that accommodates 2 and is totally independent with its own access and enclosed garden . This enables a total of 7 to stay . The space Situated near Newcastle in the small village of Seghill our home is ideally placed for visitors looking to explore Newcastle and the lovely coasts and castles of Northumberland . The village is home to a number of amenities including two convenience stores, chemist , and three takeaways as well as the rugby club. The nearby beaches of Seaton Sluice ,Whitley Bay and Tynemouth are within easy reach by car, just 3 miles away or you can catch the x7 bus ( £2 fee to anywhere !)as our home is set just 8 miles from Newcastle city centre, which is accessible both by car and the x7 bus . The space- The natural beauty of Northumberland's landscape is also just a stone’s throw away, making this accommodation very popular with walkers, cyclists and nature-lovers as there are lots of walks from the village through the countryside . On arrival , you will discover that it has a homely feel and is fully open plan and is tastefully decorated throughout. Stay warm in our cosy fully central heated home and the lounge features a smart TV ( along with firestick for films/ sport / news etc )in a media wall and you can cook up a storm in the fully-fitted kitchen on its 2. electric ovens & hob. Other facilities include a fridge, freezer dishwasher, wine cooler and microwave. Moving upstairs, the property is home to three bedrooms: a super king , a double ( with a 70 inch smart tv )and a single bedroom ,with a bespoke bed ( cabin bed )perfect for kids or a small adult ( Steve is 6 foot 3’ and it does accommodate him !) There is also a bathroom upstairs, which includes a double rain shower ,plus a sink unit , bath with WC. If you’re keen to make the most of the outdoors during warm summer evenings, you can access the property’s garden from the front but the double patio doors lead onto our decking which is a real west facing sun trap , for whiling away a few hours before bed, the decking has a table and generous garden seating. The garden is also enclosed, making it an ideal and safe play space for children and dogs. There is also ample parking space available as just outside our home on a quiet slip road. Enter through the main side gate and go to the porch and the main door , next to where you’ll see a keypad lockbox .
